He actually refunded me! - Maybe he is going good who knows? So there is hope after-all perhaps for the others out there...

All you need to do is create a bogus eBay account yourself and use Buy It Now on all his auctions to stop them all.

Dennis P Lewis certainly appears to be a SCAMMER!! BEWARE!!!

He still owes me about $45 for a Turbo Duo Bonk 3 CD that I never got. He told me that he was going to send me a money order but he never did. I gave him my address multiple times but he never responded. I even sent him an email and he told me that we would talk about it the next day on AOL Instant Messenger. When I did see him, he logged off. So I sent him an email with my address asking for the $45 back but I didn't hear anything back. I am still waiting for my refund but until I get it, he will get no praise from me. It shouldn't take this long for me to get a refund. If the item did get lost in the mail, it should have been taken care of because I paid for insurance. So far I have nothing good to say about Dennis Lewis. If he wishes to make me feel a different way, he had better send me back my money. That is all for now.

So far I haven't gotten my $45 back for the Bonk 3 Turbo Duo CD game that I bought from him that never came. If he wishes me to change my mind about him, he had better send me a money order for $45. I know he has my address so he should pay up if he is honest. Until he pays me the money he owes me, I have nothing good to say about him.

Yeah, but how long did it finally take to get that refund??? I am glad you got your money back, but I would never deal with this person, even if he corrected all he has done!
