Hi,

I was wondering if anyone on these boards could direct me to a more or less acurate pricelist for full MVS kits (serials matching).

I was also wondering how acurate the neo-geo.com MVS pricelist for loose carts is.

Thanks in advance :)

There is none and I like that

MVS loose cart guide is out of date.

Ask if you have any questions and we could give you a rough estimate of what you might pay, but guides are stupid.

The MVS price guide is out-dated and (as always) inaccurate. Most of the ending prices on ebay are good indicators. Take those prices and add 35-40% (there are exceptions, of course) and you've got a good indicator of how much a kit will cost.

A complete kit guide is in the works (thanks to member BlackSpy), but not yet available, and the loose cart guide is out of date (considerably), due to the high volatility of that market.

Ask away on prices. Just remember that the loose cart guide in no way reflects complete kit prices. No correlation, no multiplier that can be used reliably

first of all thanks for the replies so far :)

Well basically i might be selling some full kits very soon (probably on ebay with a Buy It Now price that about reflects the value of the kit) and was wondering what a fair price would be for these, we're talking about 56 different titles here, but some of those that stand out (i guess) are:

Pop N Bounce
Matrimelee
King Of Fighters 2002
King Of Fighters 2003
Metal Slug
Metal Slug 2
Metal Slug 4
Pulstar

(all full kits) These are the titles i chose to sell first because they seem to fetch a pretty penny according to the loose cart pricelist ;)

I have about 50 other titles available (several of each possibly) but these are the ones i was planning on selling first. Although if someone can name a few other kits that are quite rare and will sell for a good amount of cash, feel free to inform me and i'll see if i have those titles as well :tickled:

Thanks again :)

If you are not sure of their value, why don't you just make regular auctions, without buy it now, and let the market decide the price?

I agree. I always start my auctions at $1 with no reserve, no matter what the items are, and they always sell for the deserving price. Good luck, my friend.

Because i feel it would be quite a risk selling a very large amount of MVS games without even setting an acceptable reserve?

List each item as an individual auction, set at $1 w/ no reserve. Trust me, you'll get the going rate for them. Another tip, as a buyer myself, I never bid on auctions that have a reserve price.
