Celebrities as MVC2 default Characters

Hi all.

You may not remember me, but I was the one who drew actors as CVS2 characters, now I'm doing a Marvel VS Capcom 2 thing this time. I shared this before at other places. But it's not 56 characters this time around. It's the 24 you start out with (For those who have the game or at least played it). It's not a movie thing, but more like a dress-up.

What do you think? I don't want negative replies (like this sucks). I'll accept constructive criticism, and give me your opinions also.

At least tell me which ones looks good in the costume and whatnot. And also my drawing skills.

One thing you're good at is capturing the celebrities essence as it translates into your drawings........

other than that....everything else needs work......lil' dude.

Use a different medium besides pencil crayon if you want your art to be taken seriously....

Instead of freehand, wide-stroke drawings, you should actually plan your lines lightly with pencil, then plan the dimentions of the figure you're drawing and THEN apply some detail.....

Buy a book on drawing the human anatomy

Acquaint yourself with the mandibular structure of a face when drawing the head and the musculature of the human anatomy for the body.....take classes if need be...if only to learn the fundamentals....

In the meantime pick up something like Bridgeman's life drawing if you are so inclined to draw....

Stick with it and you'll do okay.

What you may want to do is pay attention to your shadowing.

lol this kicks ass. much better than meand i can never believe how you can come up with all the actors to play the characters. hehhehe. jack black as amigo rox the world out. leonardo decaprio as venom turns me on as much as it confuses me. john travolta as abyss would kill everyone.

EDIT: I just realized these are "default" characters... But Abyss is herre though...

From a technical standpoint, they could use some work. But the creativity is definitely there - and that one with Dhalsim is comedy.

Dude, I don't think the problem is with your drawings...

its your coloring

the Crayons, or pastels whatever your using, give it the look of a 5 year old, unless your a fucking Crayola Master ANYTHING is gonna look crappy in Crayons...

Go to Michaels or another art store, get some decent mediums, perhaps take a class at a community college or your college...

Maybe Do your drawings B/w then scan them and do the coloring on Photoshop... or perhaps get a WACOM tablet and draw right on your PC....

but as it is, you should not have posted this... its just going to make you feel bad...
