I recently ordered an Enigmah mod chip for my Xbox and installed it with no problem. But the place I ordered it from (gamegizmo.com) had actually the beta version that was shipped out to folks.
They advertised it as the final code chip and it was found out it wasn't. So, to make good on their word, they sent out, free of charge, the final version of the mod chip complete with wires.
So, the bottom line is: I already have the other mod chip installed and I am not to inclined to remove it and install the newer one.
For those that keep up with this stuff, the only differnce between the beta and Final code version of the Enigmah chip is:
1. Disable Macrovision output on the XBox
2. Improves some code that prevented it from playing some pirated games.
Now, before anyone comes in here and tries to jump me over this, my only reason for even having one of these is for some of the homebrew software that is in the works. Couple things are out and more is on the way. I have like 6 games total for the XBox and all are legit retail purchases.
Anyways, I would like to trade this unused modchip complete with the 30 or so wires that are included for Pulstar on the Neo CD. I am also willing to throw in some cash with this. It doesn't have to be complete with spine card (that would be nice though), but I would like it to be in near mint condition otherwise.
