suggestion for feedback forum

I think the idea of a feedback forum is great but i feel the following should be done to avaoid chaos and confusion...

one thread should be allowed for each user...example

My thread would be titled:

"Feedback for dbarrett0928"

then each time i do a transaction with someone, they can look up my thread and add feedback accordingly...

then it would be so easy and organized this way....right now its already cluttered w/ so many different things... There could also be a sticky thread that says

"Buyers beware" scammers listed here!

then each tiome someone is scammed the feedback can be placed in their personal thread as well as this one...
