Forums Updated, but we are still working on them......

Since the forums are working, we decided to open them up, but we are fixing the graphics and the colors, and the style mess ups all over the place.

And, yeah, I kno,w the main page is the wrong template

And the war room is hard on the eyes right now.

Chat 'SHOULD' still run with a cookie from NG, but no promises. Hopefully VB3 will not eat peoples cookies.
