I recently went on a shopping spree and bought several carts and a few kits. The majority of them have the silver snk sticker on the side which is a sign of authenticity I believe. Unfortunately my Sengoku 3 kit and my Zupapa kit do not have these stickers.

Have I received fake carts? Or do these two games not carry this sticker?

I will take a few photos to show you guys what the carts and the kits themselves look like...

Are we on panic mode now?

How many more threads about fake carts now?

The silver sticker was only used on early Neo Geo games, to my knowledge. I don't expect the silver sticker games to be boots, simply because early games weren't booted.

If the kits you mentioned are the Sengoku 3 and Zupapa, you can expect them to be legit...they were made in extremely large quantities.

However, the only 100% method to tell a boot is to open the cart and look at the boards.

I remember an old thread about Sengoku 3 and Zupapa after a member bought them from an Ebay seller..(who only has these two carts on Ebay right now/legit carts-kits)

I think both carts were missing the silver stickers.. but,They were legit..

I tried to do a search..

Type in "Sengoku 3 and Zupapa" in the search engine ..and what do you get..
