Hmm, im thinking of putting 1 good fighter on my cab but its between these two, which one would you guys think is a better pick. I want both but cant afford it right now:blow_top:

SvC is the last resort title when you've gotten every other neo geo fighter and money is burning a hole in your pocket.

LB2 has more characters... but LB1 has better character.

I'd get Mark of the Wolves, Last Blade, Real Bout 2, SS2/4 way before SvC ;)

Last Blade 2 by a country mile.

Easily one of the best fighting games for the Neo if not the best.

SVC is good, but The Last Blade 2 is a Neo masterpiece.

Is that av from Kid Icarus Butta? I'm getting a faint Kid Icarus vibe, but it's been so long since I won that game last that I can't remember anything.

I really think it depends how hard-core you are about fighting games. If you just like a fun game to play w/friends (and not play for hours on end), then SVC is just as good a choice as LB2 imo. SVC is a cool, gimmicky game thats lots of fun to pick up and play, but suffers when you get deep into the play mechanics. Also, LB2 is a little prettier. But either game would be a good showcase title for your cab (i have both titles).

I can't believe this is even up for debate. LB2 is far and away better than SvsC.

Then again, I like LB1 better than 2. But at least this way you're comparing two juggernaut titles instead of a great title to a poor one.

Get LB2 if those are the two choices!

LB1 and 2 are both worth having IMO. I think 2 is better but maybe I'm missing something. (?)

SVC should be one of the last fighters on your list.

By all means, get Last Blade 2 man. And consider Last Blade 1 if you don't already have it.

I'd go with SVC right now, but I just got mine, so my opinion is a little tilted right now.

Not a match. Slaughter!

Seriously, the Last Blade series is what got me in to the Neo in the first place. Their style, graphics, and super tight controls blew my freaking mind. I still have yet to find a fighter with such a great over all package as Last Blade, and this is what six, seven years later? SVC is fun for a while. But the novelty runs out real fast. Way too many bugs and super cheapness.

Is this for home or arcade?
if for home LB2..a awesome game Deep and Great to look at..
but if arcade.. go with SVC you will get more reg players.. trust me more people know Ryu and Ken than any other fighter ever.
you will make more $$$ if thats what you are using the game for..
i have both games and i love both.. i just know when people come over that are not huge snk fans.. (not because they don't like it..they just don't know it) they all want to play SVC..
