hello great neo gamers,
im looking 2 buy a neo cd power supply and i sent an email 2 the above address couple of days ago,just askin coz i think my mail stuffed up and i was just wondering how long it actually takes,
thanx ppl:D

Well if you buy something instead of asking a question like now...you'll get a reply quicker then you think. I bought a game on Monday and got a reply within 2 hours. Plus it was shipped within the 2 hours. Talk about sweet service! :D

things are much better now he somebody answering emails (lizzie)

i asked how many kof 2k3 were left in stock as there is still (XXX) at the neo store and i got a reply with a few hours - which was good

but before the help appeared i waited 3 months for a reply to a neo pocket question, well i didnt wait 3 months a reply found its way to my mailbox after 3 months

i am trying 2 buy sumfin! but i havent got a credit card so i was lookin at sendin a money order,sent a email 2 days ago, mail must of went crud,i'll send again

I think it depends on how much money you are spending, ie when I order new mvs kits I get an answer in hours, if it is a query or a small purchase I do not usually get a reply....

NCSX tends to answer within hours after asking something, anything...

The Neostore should too, small/big or no order at all, that kind of service is great for business you know :smirk:

of course its great 4 business,i just hope they see it that way........ just was wondering what old mate said up top there somewhere where u dont get a reply for small orders and things like that, they wont do that will they, hopes i can support the neo store

Take a number please, I am also waiting for a reply since last weekend, and it is related to a purchase I have already made. And before that one I had to wait several days to get an answer to another question I made.

On the plus side, the shipment of items is really fast. I recently bought a NOS CD system and I received an e-mail confirming shipping and the corresponding tracking number in no time.

A lot of people ignore a very simply thing: Me included for awhile.

Lizzie is the customer service representative. If you have questions, questions about your order, or anything else. Send emails to Lizzie.

If you wish to place an order, send them to Shawn.

Shawn is totally cool and 90% of the time he will respond to ALL of the emails. Yet, he really shouldn't have to. That is why he has a customer service department.

Hi! I did receive an email from you this morning, but it was the first I have received from you. I sent you a reply, so let me know if you do not receive it. Shawn receives, on average, 100 emails or more a day, so sometimes it is difficult for him to get out a response the same day. People are always welcome to email me with any questions they may have.
