Yes the HORI stick can be yours as previous interested pary has not responded.

FINALLY, I am more erratic with regards logging on and replying to mails due to everything happening in my life. When I say erratic it means that the response is normally within 24 hours as opposed to immediately.

I have also had a few requestes for PICs for certain items. I do not actually have a camera so cannot take these but I realsie for some it will be a concern.
