I am pretty sure that I told you this before, but the Blue US boards were only made to order. I would be shocked it there were more than 50 available. Not alot of people knew about the game so very few arcade operators orded this when capcom made it available. Good luck none the less if this is your real intent. Perhaps you could find out who TREIU sold his to and contact him.
This game is in my wish list as well (no ROMZ 
), but definately it'll have to be the green version for me. The game should play in Japanese but it's no big deal for a shooter. It would even work in a US Blue A motherboard, and anyway they usually come bundled with the matching A board, or you could get one for cheap.

Not that it helps much but there is a Progear in an arcade in London - I beleive it to be english language so I think that makes it a blue board.
Maybe they would sell it?

that is an English Blue Board. I already asked them if they'd sell it, they said no 
even though the cab they've got it running in is a piece of shit!
