No worries. Thats just a noob ms3 buyer that doesnt know what the fuck he's doing. I'm sure the next ms3 auction will sell for around $350.

This is one title where it's quite conceivable that the market will be flooded with MS3s for the next month and drop the price

I must confess that this is exactly why I started this thread in the first place. I am going to make it my job to email FTL with the latest going prices of these releases on ebay so he can continue to jack up the prices in the price guide. By doing this, I will ensure that the price of my Metal Slug 3 will continue to go up in price. Now all we need is for Shawn to get a copy and sell it for around $700. That should further cement the price of this game.
My message to those just getting into the Neo Geo. In order to stay in this hobby you must be quick and have lots of money or you will be left out in the cold. If you don't have the cash to buy everything you want, then you need to go the MVS route because the AES market is for collectors and nobody else. I will continue my fiendish plot to drive prices up so that soon my English Metal Slug 2 will hit the $2,000 barrier! By the year's end I predict that my ultimate plot will be put into place! My English NGF Metal Slug X will go from being a $10 game to a $100 game! It will be the first NGF genre corrected game to ever hit the $100 mark! World domination is within my grasp! Muuuwhhhaaaaaa!!!1111111

man and to think i only paid $168 shipped about a year and a half ago.
its a kick ass game, and if some one wants to pay that much for the item, more power to them.

lets not forget why these games were created guys, for us to have fun with and enjoy. moneys not my thing, enjoyment to me is something you cant put a price on.
