What Neo Geo games have the best graphics?

All the Metal Slug games...
what it is about these is that there is always something going on in the background, or there are little things that the characters do etc...it's all very graphically intense...Metal Slug 3 is the most intense of all.

Agree with all of this except KOF99. KOF99 has some of the best graphics for that series, but the graphics still aren't as good as other games. I would say Last Blade is right up there as well. When I read this post, the first two games I thought right away were:

MOTW is a great choice, too. I would also give props to Blazing Star.

Ninja Masters. It may not have the leet motion capture crap that AOF3 has, but every piece of artwork and bg is a fucking 10. The music rules too, but we aren't talking about that. Seriously. I love all the characters. Graphics just mean badass graphics, not how high res the shit is or how many frames of animation.

agree with all the above!! But what about Real Bout Special and Real Bout 2?? Great graphics!! Also, Viewpoint!!!!! And I love KOF 2002 graphics too

Art of Fighting 3 has the best animation in any Neo game, and the graphics themselves are certainly very nearly the best.
Garou: Mark of the Wolves is very very impressive, tho the animation is not quite as good as AoF 3.
