Has anyone delt with "Shred"

Is this guy legit?

He is in Tampa Fl, and I have heard of a lot of scams out of that town.

Hey now- don't let the Tampa area kill a deal with Shred.

Not only does he like Anthrax and Maroon 5, he also hooked me up with 66% of my current AES library: Samurai Shodown and Samurai Spirits 2- also my first two AES games ever. T'was a great turnaround time, and an honest guy to deal with.

In short, Shred is a good guy.
