im trying to work out what the name of them screws are so i can get a tool 2 open it up as it is no longer working,i have had about 4 power packs and they dont even last a year,maybe its just a fuse......

Ever tried a pen and a lighter?

Think about it.

You get a cheap plastic pen, take the ink tank and tip off, leaving only the plastic part.

You get a lighter and you heat one of the pen's end.

While hot, you press it against the screw you want to unscrew.

You wait some seconds until it cools down.

You unscrew.

You separate the screw from the pen.

Voilà, you have your own custom screwdriver.
