How can I know if a label is a reprint?

Or should all games' labels have the glossy, colourful finish to them?

last time i had a cart with a reprinted label, it didnt have a serial number and the corners werent rounded

None of the labels should be colorful except for the new games like SSV, MS5, KoF 03, SVC....etc.etc.etc. Otherwise look at the cart pics sections of this website. The lables should be exactly like those.

Really? 'Cos I have the colourful holographic effect on my Metal Slug 2 and Puzzle Bobble 2 labels.
