I have a US mega neo geo modded by !Arcade! with s-video, stereo, debug bios, and replaced cartridge slots. The serial number is in my sig. if that concerns you. Over all its in good condition with a few minor scuffs on it, there is no fading on the logo, there is a small crack on the back (you can see it in the pic on the left hand side). The slots are really tight so its perfect to use with a phantom1.
Comes with the power supply, old style controller, A/V cables and two games. the games are....
