Time to sell the rest of the Sengoku 3s . I had a feeling Sengoku 3 would be the chosen one....I'm glad I waited till now to get one.

Sengoku became a really good deal. I don't care about the MS5 artwork pack but the game in itself is really good (best beat em all on the neo at my opinion) and 149$ is cheap for a new game.

I wonder how many MS5 art packs he has left to pair up with Sengoku 3 and how long this supply will last, maybe one day?

I just hope there isn't enough to drain the Sengoku 3 stock. I'd planned a larger order with som NGPC, some NOS and Sengoku 3, but I won't have the money for a couple of weeks...

I've been holding off on Sengoku 3 (want a JPN version, but those suckers are pricey!), now I probably won't get one at all :(

No money at the moment means, no Sengoku 3 at a higher price than I wanted to pay b/c it includes some paper I don't want. Gee.....wait, maybe I'm winning after all :emb:

I'll just buy a used one w/o the extra paper. Cool!

Marq,

You can buy the cart without the insert. Also If you are looking for a Sengoku 2001, FTL is selling one. Contact him and see if he still has it.

When I read this thread, I have the impression that the MS5 artworks will be enough to sell all the senogku 3. Don't tell me that this insert is enough to sell a game that no one wanted for a while!

Robert,

I think that it will get all of us procrastinators to go ahead and finally pick it up. I have been putting off getting one for the longest and now I am going to finally "bite the bullet".

Damn....

Considering the great price that Sengoku3 has had for such a long time, you'd think that people who want the MS5 classic bundle would give into this deal in a heartbeat. (If you don't already own Sengoku3, but were planning on buying eventually)

And the shame goes on and on over this business marketing policy.
Sad that there's such a big difference between the character design and the background design in this game.

Shawn should just have a special that says:

"Buy Metal Slug 5 Classic Inserts and get a free copy of Sengoku 3!!!"

my question is this, there were 62 metal slug 5 before the classic insert was attached. so you figure that there at least 60 classic inserts floating around. Now the metal slug 5 English run was 300. so how would you look at these games

are there now

~60 Classic Metal slugs 5
~240 Orginal Metal Slugs 5's

or

~240 Orginal Metal Slugs 5
~60 Orginal Metal slug 5 with extra claissic insert (much like a phone card that is added to Japanese games on preorders)

or

2xx Orginal Metal Slugs 5
60 Orginal Metal Slug 5 with extra claissic insert
XX sengoku's with Classic Metal slug 5 insert

personall I consider these Metal Slug 5 with bonus insert but when you put in a sengoku 3 you now have a Sengoku 3 with a metal slug 5 bonus inserts which is arquable rarer then a orginal metal slug 5 with the bonus classic insert.

Glad I am not buying these classic inserts to much to think about :)

I am just waiting for someone to put the MS5 classic on the Segoku 3...... wait till you see someone doing this trying to pass off a MS5 for $500 when its only a Sengoku 3.

*yeah.... but somehow I accidentally lost the manual*

YEAH!!.. but why not buy the rest of the SVC AES cart to get the ULTRA ULTRA rare Rage of the Dragon's US insert. Its not like the original is rare enough and do the same thing.

*oopps the manual for the ROTD was lost as well*
