I found it's performed like this:

D,B,C,C,u H^ Shiranui-ryuu: Kubi no Kitsune

But I just don't know how to do it. Any explanation for a n00b in KoF like me?

Thanks.

If I recal right you your health bar must be red, not sure whether you need stock or not.

just press the combo real fast. Try practice mode.

Yeah, I have no problem doing some other HDM for other fighters (the life needs to be low, plus you must be in BC mode and have an extra stock), I guess I didn't do that combo fast enough.

You're doing it right :spock:

I don't know why it's not working. Try doing it faster and off of a jump at first to get the timing. I.E.- Jump back, and do all of the button presses in the air, then when you hit the ground, tap up on the joystick. It's a bit easier that way.

Like I said though, you are doing it right...maybe just not fast enough ;)

You want the button presses to be pretty fast, but more than anything you want the timing to be even... that is, every button press and the up direction should take the same amount of time. (around 1/5 second I suppose)

I'm certain that I had a combo into that super... it's foggy, but I think it was off of qcf+A.

Edit: Oh yeah, it's coming back to me now... that super was unblockable. Even if they block the qcf+A, it pins them while you pull the move. There are other setups too, some after a knockdown. Plenty of cheap shit there... I remember enjoying that move immensely. :p

Need a red health bar. The HDSM's need to be done a bit faster than normals I believe. I also recall needing 3 stocks (maybe just 2) :spock:

Uh, no, read my post. :p Give me an unblockable HSDM, and I'll win almost every time I'm in the red and I knock someone down. (edit: provided someone doesn't get a first-frame roll/tech-roll)

i read it,i read it

one of the few unblockable HSDM i found to be useful is oro yashiro's

if you perform it after a hcf + P throw,at the right moment,
just as opponent is getting up

now,that one's almost always unblockable

too bad oro yashi got RAPED big time in 2002,but oh well

mai's hsdm never seemed too strong to me...

Dead on.

O. Yash owns in 97/98 because of the unblockable DM.

hcf+A/C then DM > everything else in the game

OK, who couldn't do that with a UNBLOCKABLE HSDM?
