Did anyone see the Neo Geo rarity pages in the retro section of the latest Tips & Tricks magazine? I was looking at the top 10 (i believe) rarest games and they listed the number 1 rarest game as Art of Fighting 3 (WTF?) yet Kizuna Encounter is nowhere to be found on the list. :eek_2:

Thoughts?

Yes I have that mag to.... the text is dead on right, and seems to almost be written by a ng.com member...

but...

The to 10 lists need serious work. The Super Spy part of the 10 best neo games? CMON, WTF?

It was in ALPHABETICAL order.

The games were US so that would not include Euro Kizuna but it should still have it for the US version.

IMO

I think that people should not include the neo in their crap mags at all unless they do it right, not 1/2 ass like gameinformer likes to do...

The Neo in mainstream press=teh funnay.

Of course I love Tips and Tricks but they still needed to do their homework a bit.

Amusing read none the less.

LOL

Yeah, that was funny. I'm sorry, Super Spy, Nam '75, and World Heroes 2 Jet were cool in their day and all, but they pale in comparison to titles like Last Blade 1/2.

Anyway, it was kinda cool to read the article, but I wouldn't suggest that people run out and by the mag just for that - it just doesn't have that much meat in it.

EURO Kizuna Encounter is actually mentioned in the article:

"There are plenty of other question marks for Neo•Geo Collectors to sort out, including the controversial EUROPEAN
version of Kizuna Encounter (Only three copies are known to exist)"

Mentioned yes, but he was talking about the side bar that listed the top 10 "rarest" US games.

Meh, whatever, we know best.:emb:
