KIZUNA ENCOUNTER legit EURO home cart surfaces-now on SALE

A new copy of Kizuna Encounter european has surfaced.
The seller sent to me and Shawn pictures of it and the game is legit.
See thread from the owner,Aaron H. here:
http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=86146

We have now the RARE chance to see the RAREST neo geo home cart(possibly for sale):way more rare than MVS Unit Hotel,Chibi Maruko or whatever neo related game.

Last copy of Kizuna Encounter was sold from forum member WOLFGANG to forum member CHAMANE for $11000.
This copy seems to be in overall excellent condition.

Price guide will be updated,of course.

BTW:as already wrote, this will put an end to speculation about this cart.
Fully legit release, few pieces were sold in Europe and very few in Australia

Now up for sale:

all the FACTS that you have stated in your initial post are already known. Sales like this should be kept as low key as possible. Even still, if you had to post this you chose the wrong time. That cart will probably not go up for sale (if it ever does) for another few months.

Hmm, Kizuna or a new truck, or my daughters college fund.

Decisions, decisions.

if that's not dramatic then what is? It is the wrong time for this. I think so much craziness is going to bring neo geo collecting down a bit.

this will put an end to speculation about this cart.
it will also bring an end to speculation that people are hoarding these games - if only a couple are known to exist at the moment its only because some people are keeping quiet. I don't blame them though - it ensures that they can sell it for 10K+ when they want to sell it. Notice how you only find out about these things whern they are going up for sale.

Good luck to the seller though. There are some rich kids around here, but not that many.

This is the Neo, or course there is. A better question is, will we ever find out who the buyer is?

$11k for a game or when passion costs you a car...

I seriously couldn't put more than $400 in a game but I perfectly understand the guy who wants it and can afford it.

After all this game has become a legend.

Step 1: go to the front page of n-g.com

Step 2: click on the link for "cartridge pics"

Step 3: look under "english AES" section and klick on "Kizuna
Encounter"

Hope this helps.

The funny thing is, Good old $30 Samurai Shodown 1 kicks Kizuna's ass in the gameplay department. :buttrock:

can't wait to see how much the collectors are willing to pay for this super rare cart. I love it.

I own Kizuna for my MVS. Got it for $50. I wouldn't recommend paying more than $50 for it, it's kinda lame.

In this case, the extra $10,950 is for that mean looking artwork. Oh, and it will fellate you on command. No, of course not -but I'm sure there's something really worth that extra 11 grand.

After all, as I mentioned in a thread in unrelated, the average cost of a suicide bomber (start to finish) is about $150. Now for the same money you spend on this game (even assuming you bought the $50 MVS, mind you) you could, in theory, pay to blow up no less than 73 people. I'm not even going to add in the number of people each of those 73 individuals will kill and/or maim with them... but for the same money you spend on this Kizuna Encounter you could rival Hamas, you'd have your own "Neo-Hamas," if you will.

Think about that.

Funny thing is, both suicide bombing and paying $11k for a Neo Geo game are both equally fucking absurd.
