I dunno about you guys but ireally believe tery is incomplete without his rising tackle, I don't believe it makes him to powerful it's his only true anti air, sure you can use other moves to compensate but he's just not the same "powerhouse" I've grown to love without it. Sure he hasn't got it in MOTW (correct me if I'm wrong) but KOF is a different game What's your guys opinion?

Change = Good.

I stopped enjoying playing with Terry and Mai in 98. They were the fucking same thing for YEARS. Characters like that need to change.

I find very sad that people complain so much about changes like that. They changed Robert > whine whine > Robert changed back. If most fans had their way, we would be playing KOF 98.6 or something (not like 2002 wasn´t close enough).

Sure change is good, but not when moves are being taken away, they should add moves not take them away in a few years if they keep this up we'll be playing KOF2010 or whatever and there'll be two sprites standing ther unable to move, now im looking forward to that. They need to use their imagination and create new balanced and useful moves justas a real fightr evolutionises his style for the BETTER so should our fav characters

Just add in the moves he uses in the Fatal Fury oav series.

Hurricane Punch, Senpuuken
Hurricane Kick, Senpuukyaku

And the move he used to waste the god of mars in the fatal fury motion picture.

If they added these moves he would probably be more like a boss, imagine using the Hurricane Punch as a super move that crosses about half the screen with about 5 hits, then use the Hurricane kick which travels the whole screen with about 10 hits, as one of his desperation moves. Then use the last one as a Super Desperation move.

What i would like to see is the rising tackle back, get rid of the current power dunk, use it as an extra hit to his power charge and use the power dunk as an air move. Quarter circle back in the air. Keep his power wave , crack shoot, power charge and burn knuckle. Add the supers i already said and keep his power geyser. I would like for terry to keep his buster wolf but i think it would be better served as an add on super to his burn knuckle.
Do the Burn knuckle then as his hits with move quarter circle forward twice and then he does the buster wolf.

Maybe im just making him to strong, but i would like to see a version much like the anime. What do you guys think?

They DID add moves. Power charge is back along with his two follow ups from MOTW. Also, his crack shoot is now an overhead. ALSO, he's got more combos, and he can brake his power dunk. This is MOTW Terry. Have you played MOTW?

Change IS good. God damn was I getting sick of Terry, and I love Terry Bogard. But Jesus, same old crap for years. This one's very very good without a rising tackle as it is. A rising tackle would make him overpowered in this version with all his new tricks.

ok, no more r.tackle, but power geyser still there?.. ah ok, terry stil rulz

my point is p.geyser is his trademark move.. they should never remove it... but busterwolf is becomming a better alternative

Best rising tackle was in Wild Ambition. I mean, he swept the guy before performing it. But then again, '98 rising tacckle had AUTOGUARD Frames, so you couldn't beat that.

Now if Terry just had his feint moves from MotW, he'd be a beast!

I haven't played KoF '03 yet, but if he is anything like he is in MOTW, then I don't see a problem. He was a total badass.

Yeah. Terry has pretty much become his MOTW form in 2003. Some slight changes, of course. Like not having feint moves (which was kind of a Fatal Fury specific ability). But he still can 'break' his power dunk. He also has a new super when picked as the leader. A pretty nice-looking column of death move that some say is a Terry-style Raising storm. It's not really a raising storm but I guess it has a similar damage zone. Even cooler is that you can break a power-dunk into that super, and connect it. That gives you some more arsenal than trying to spam the opponent jump-in, with that move.

It is nice that 2003 is bringing in the MOTW cast as well. Gado, Tizoc, and such. Plus, for the first time in a KOF game, Mai Shiranui actually has her column of Flame move. Funny how she had it so many times in Fatal Fury, and they never decided to give her a KOF version of that move, until now.
