Hello everyone I need some help... I recently bought a 2 slot MVS board and a Metal Slug 5 & KOF2003, however, I noticed that the music itself is louder than the sounds effects of the games, can I adjust? or this is the way it is?

Thank you very much, Novice.....

Thanks for the info... But I only have one speaker in my cabinet. Should I put in another speaker and wirer up according to the the speaker diagram? In the diagram, I see a "R1" what is that? Do you think this will help my sound effects be more clearer or do I have to run a "test" on screen and make adjustments.

All the wiring come form the Jamma connector correct?

Yes the wires come from the JAMMA connector.
R1 is a resistor, the value is somewhere on that diagram.
If you want to hook up another speaker, that's entirely up to you. Your other option is to play the 2-slot using headphones:D

I'm not 100% sure that this will solve the sound effect vs music volume ratio, though. But I did notice how terrible the audio sounded when I had my 2-slot in a mono cabinet.

Another question does the on screen setting have anything to do with the sound ratio? Music vs. Sounds Effects.

Dude,

Just turn the switch on the MVS from stereo to Mono, problem solved.

I had this same problem when I bought my 1-slot machine.

There's a switch for that? If I'm not mistake, that's only on a few 1-slot models.

I believe it should be labeled.

I could've sworn I saw the same switch on my 1-slot on my friend's 2-slot.
