Color issues with NGCD

I recently purchased a PAL Neo-Geo CD top loader. Because I live in the US, I am running power to the NGCD through a reverse power converter. Since I bought the system, I have not been able to play games in color, despite switching the audio/video cables out. Anybody ever have any similar problems, what can I do (if anything) to fix this, or am I basically SOL?

It's PAL, your TV is NTSC - so no, it won't play in colour. That's why it's PAL.

Alright, thanks. I'm going out on a limb here, but is there some type of conversion that is possible, like adding a switch or something of that nature?
