Overclocking the Neo..?

So I was browsing this site which shows how to overclock a Megadrive and Megadrive has the same CPU as the Neo but only with a different stock clock speed, so what if a method similar to his is used with Neo's CPU ?

Not true, MS2 simply makes use of "Bullet Time" similar to the Matrix or Max Payne.
