They're all taken from Saiki's SamSho Plot Guide, where he translated them himself. He (Tigresa) just edited the shots into English. Saiki translated most of the characters' endings plus the characters' story intros, dialog after the fights and dialog between Sankuro, Yumeji and Gaoh. He's still updating too.

You should read the whole thing really, it's great. Details just about everything for every SS character and each SS game that's canon. Do check it out.
