Just acquired the schweet Sega Saturn :buttrock:

I know the Virtua Fighters are a given, but what else? Also where can I get that 4-in-1 cart to play imports or where can I get a mod chip?

Honestly, after having recently sold off about 1/2 of my Saturn collection, I think I can say:

- Street Fighter Alpha 2, 3 (Ram cart for 3)
- Vampire Hunter, Savior
- Cyberbots
- Clockwork Knight 1, 2
- Tencho Wo Kurau II
- Strikers 1945
- Radiant Silvergun
- Battle Garegga
- Darius Gaiden
- Thunderforce V
- Dungeons and Dragons Collection (Beware load times!)
- Assault Suit Leynos 2

Good job getting the saturn it's a great system. You can find the 4 in1 one on ebay or these boards I saw some one selling one here a few days ago. As for the games you'll be geting alot of fighters. Here's what I got or will be getting soon.

1.Street Fighter vs X-Men (4mb needed)
2.Marvel vs Street Fighter (4mb needed)
3.X-Men:COTA
4.Marvel Super Heroes
5.Dark Stalker series (Vampire Savior in japan) (4mb needed)
6.Street fighter collection
7.Street Fighter Alpha 3 (4mb)
8.Virtual On
9.Panzer Dragoon series
10.Shining games (Arc,Wisdom,Force)
11.Dracula X (import)

the next few aren't must have but I have fun with them
1.The Super Dimension Fortress Macross (import shooter)
2.Capcom Generations (old capcom games like ghost and goblins series 1940 series and others) import
3.Sega rally
4.Daytona USA
5.World Series 98 (As The Comic Book Guy would say best baseball game ever.)

Hope I helped you might want Nights but I never liked that game and never played Burning Rangers. You Should get 2d games because the Saturn has the best 2d type games fighters shooters you get the picture.

Dragon Force
Albert Odyssey
Panzer Dragoon Saga
Nights

Any Capcom 4 MB fighting game, though those VS games aren't quite as good as I remember them. That's not the fault of the Saturn, since the games are pretty much spot on arcade perfect ports.

Burning Rangers was good as well.

If you like shmups, get Galactic Attack. It's was released here in the states and goes for super cheap. Best thing is, it's a really great game.

A good start to a Saturn collection IMO.

Super Robot Taisen F. My favorite of the entire series and hangumi taisen columns was a great puzzle game.

Listen to everything this man said, except this one. This game is a fucking flaming turd, no the smoldering pile AFTER a flaming turd. It's not the GAME that sucks, it's the port. Waku Waku 7 is one of the best Neo fighting games ever, IMO, but this port shits all over the game. Crappy sprites, oversampled, whiny music, pixelated backgrounds and the colors are off. Add on ridiculous load time and you have one of the worst Neo ports ever, and all those problems are WITH the 1MB RAM cart!

Well the only NEO GEO port I'm looking for on Saturn is Magical Drop III. I plan on owning Waku Waku 7 soon enough.
