Tips & Tricks issue 110

I picked up the April copy of T&T today, and to my surprise there on page 92 is a small article on Neo collecting. Now I just wish they'd give us a strategy guide for KOF '03. At least T&T doesn't pretend that the Neo doesn't exist, like most U.S. magazines do.

Ahh, I somehow knew this would be the CC article.

Collector's Closet is written by Joe Santulli, which some might recognize as the driving force behind Digital Press, a wonderful wonderful VG collecting site for every system under the sun.

I haven't read this article yet, but all the articles tend to be top notch. I usually nab T&T just for this article alone.
