I just got an US KOF 2003 and I have a Jap Neo.I dont get her bounce.Did they just take it out?Is it in the Jap version?That shouldnt matter because I have a jap system anyway right?

At least in some MVS games you need to see a "game over" screen to the game save your options.

Try to change to japanese, and lost the first match. After the game over, wait the opening sequence begins and reset.

Bull. You won't get it. In my US MVS I get blood, but they've taken the bounce away since 2k2.... at least 2k2 (havne't played 2k1 in a long time to remember, not do I care to).

Since he have a JP bios, he will, I think. Well one of SSs didn't had red blood in any language option in AES, but I don't think that's the case of kof2k3.

I noticed no bounce or no gun, I have a unibios jp aes system when I put the language in english. Set it to Japanese.... whala bounce and guns!!!

I dont get anything ,I put it in English nothing ,I put it in Jap and nothing.I have the US KOF 2003 and a Jap Aes.I thought If I have a Jap system I would get it?

Yes, the cart being US or JP doesn't matter for it. Did you tried the game over thing?

ajk, isn't your unibios set to boot in MVS mode? (if you're really talking about unibios, not debug bios)

I have a English homecart and a Jap. system.

If you put it in english mode then japanese mode without resetting your system there will be no bounce.

Turn on your system and leave it in Japanese mode and their will be bouncing.

I dont know the technical term for it. I just have a chip in my aes that lets me pick region, options, lives, difficulty, etc. My aes is a jp vers. and my KoF cart is jp aes, but that should not have anything to do with it since my neo is modded. I thought it was wierd when I saw Whip throwing hair pins and Mai got a breast reduction, but then I put it in japanese and all was back to normal...boobs and bang-bang.
