Need Guilty Gear X 1.5 and Knights of Valour: The Seven
Spirits loose carts with artsets, I can pay handsomely. Only need these games, I have the motherboard already.

I have money in my paypal account ready to go.

Sammy will be selling them new this year. Just be patient. They plan to allow the purchase of cart kits instead of motherboards with kits in the next few months. I talked to them a couple of weeks ago.
