Is it possible to connect a ng CD, AES or MVS to a flatpanel PC screen (LCD or TFT)?
This way the screen and the old style stick will fit on my desk and it will be like an arcade machine

Wich screens are known to work, and how can I connect the NG?

Thanks

Two methods will work. First, you can pick up a cheap Hauppauge WinTV FM card (with S-Video input) and run the video in to your computer. I'm using this method from my SuperNova and it works great.

Second, the better (and more expensive) method would be to run RGB into an XRGB-2 which outputs VGA.

but remember that Flat panel monitors have "optimal" resolutions so if you use one of these you will ber a blurred "N64 anti-ailased" effect. as it effectivly stretches and smooths to fit the screen.

About the second method; doesn't such screen support RGB, Instead of using the XRGB-2?

Well, they support RGB in VGA format, but I haven't seen one that has standard RGB input.
