Aahh!!! Fekkin Bastiches!

I've just recieved a parcel from Fedex all the way from Canada. I thought GREAT.. my stuff is here...

So, they deliver my stuff... and I start to unpack it... I see a label saying "Opened By customs"... I think nothing off it... fair enough... better safe than sorry...

I see the they've taken the bubble wrap from some of my games... luckily no damage... I see my RBFF2 US and MS X US carts haven't been opened and thank my lucky stars... :cool:

Then I get to my Boxed Ultra Minty Modded/Bios AES System... I look at it and its been opened... but I see that Customs have opened the box from the WRONG End!!! AAAHHHHH!!!!

They've TORN all teh Bottom of the Cardboard to get the AES System OUT!!! :mad:

Then The Polystyrene inserts are all damaged as they tried to push it back in... EVEN tho they didn't put the joysticks and stuff in correctly!!!!! :mad_2:

Man... what was meant to be a UBER minty Neo Geo with matching Serial Numbers on the Box and System just turned to Shite...

MAN! I was FEKKIN Fuming!! Made a few phone calls and gave FEDEX and Earful... They are "Dealing" with it!!! they BETTER fekkin deal with it!! I want some sort of recompense for the fekkin money I've just spent!!!

Sorry... that is my rant for the day!!! Man... I hope it helps... as I'm Fekkin Fuming!!!

Damn!!! Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I have heard that in the past, customs has removed inserts from games and folded them. Good luck with getting some compensation from them.

Welcome to FedEx/Customs hell, I have had plenty of "experience" with their evil Swedish division.

They have managed to destroy a lot of my DVD boxes I imported. When I bought both of the Lord of the Rings Gift Sets, they had opened the boxes and crushed them.. And then they forgot to put the booklets and stuff back in :angry:

i can understand custom have to open lots of parcels a day

but they should at least give some consideration when repacking :oh_no:

they prob just want to play the neo :tickled:

It's always a pain In the arse when dealing with the customs.

And when you think you're about to receive a compensation for what they trashed your goods... forget It ! They won't give a damn.

A friend of mine ( Odyseuss from the boards ) got a Jaguar game 'Inspected' by the customs... they opened the carton box with a fuckin scisors !!!!

Now who's to blame ? :oh_no:

Always had problem with customs... Man I was pissed when they opened some of my packages.

Who would have tought that nunchakus and a blowgun is illegal in Canada because it's considered as offensive weapons...

And the friggin "blowgun paintballs" were for what you think ? I'm sure I could hijack a plane with that...

I made a trade w/ another member here a month ago and neither of our packages have arrived (Thank U fuggn Customs). I'd just be happy to see the package..course i say that now, but there's always the possibility it could be fuggd up when i get it.

DevilRedeemed is sending me a Jap AES system and some games from Argentina in trade. I'm praying that customs doesn't fuck with anything before it gets here.

Sorry to hear that. Customs sucks big time, they are usually quick at taking your money but getting some back is real tough.

Unfortunately I believe that the only way you can get something back is from FedEx Insurrance.
Make sure you make a perfect little file about the item you bought, the condition it was supposed to be in, a copy of an invoice, a letter from the seller mentionning that the high price is because of the "collector" status of the piece and send your claim to FedEx, they should deal with customs.

Bad news is it can take ages. I just got some money back (from a incorrect custom declaration)... the claim dated back from Mars 2003.
