Fatal Fury - Dogtag and meg rating questions

A little curious on this. First this is my second dogtag game. My other being Fatal Fury 2, which not only has the dogtag on the manual but also on the insert. Fatal Fury 1 has it on the manual but not the insert. Could it be a Euro insert, or did it just not have one. Also it obviously says 55 meg, but if you read the back, the last sentence says ...."in this 2 player simultaneous, 46 MEG, Head to Head fighting spectacular" So where is the misprint. The back where it says 46 meg or on the spine and front where it says 55. Is there any way of actually knowing?

Thanx man, Damn now I'm curios if I got a mix an match. Like a euro insert and an american manual. Anybody else have a dogtag on the spine of the isert.
