Arcadia @ Neostore

It's ok for me :) i can nip up to little old london for my copy of arcadia (then decide not to buy it, then realise that i really should have gotten it and find out it's sold out a day later eeeep :eek_2: ).

There is always a thread starting up along the lines of "Get issue number 1000 of Arcadia as it has Iori in the buff", followed by posts of 'OMFG where can i buy this ??/backslash/??'.

So shouldnt the neostore get a few (crates) in every month, so that 1) There is a new thread that starts "You know this months arcadia....." - and then people could re-use that thread every month.


Oh... and 2) So i dont have to choke in a pea-souper in good old london town.

?

This is a great suggestion, cause as a US customer, I really don't perfer to order over seas. Nothing against my breathen on either side of the Altanic and Pacific, but I just feel better ordering from Shawn :D

The only problem is, there's not always something interesting Neo-related in it, and when there is, it's often only a page or two (not to mention in another language). It's great when they preview new games that I can't wait to see, but unfortunately Shawn would have to put his order in long before the content of the issue is known, so he wouldn't necessarily be able to pick and choose the issues that people here would buy. This would probably leave him with a lot of unsold magazines.

I think this is a great idea and I'd definitely buy issues regularly if they were stocked at the Neostore.

I also think its a great idea, and he could count me as a regular "subscriber" if he started selling them.

Plus, not many US sites carry Arcadia, so once word got around, I'm sure there'd be a huge influx of shoppers.

Same here KA, Shawn could count me as a regular subscriber as well.

On another note though where could I get Arcadia right now from? I've never come across one at newstands previously.

With pleasure....

The shop is called the Japan Centre and is located at 212 Piccadilly (virtually on Piccadilly circus), it is a stone's throw from that Tower Records Shop.

Price, erm they actually list it in Yen but it's about £15 i think maybe a little less or more.

They serve nice food and Official Jp Ghibli Dvd's. :drool:

Japanese bookstores, but the only ones I know of is the one near me which gets them in around the 26th of every month and another store from this same chain in Cali maybe? dont recall where it was.
