More than a year ago, a completely new boxed Neo-Geo CD system (top-loading) with Samurai Spirits 3 for 7,600yen, that would be like... 68 USD.

The interesting thing is that Samurai Spirits 3 was not really included, but I insited so much that the store seller gave it for free.

Hello I am new here, a few months ago I bought a Neo-Geo AES with 7 English games, Fatal Fury Special, Samurai Showodown 2, Art of fighting 3, Baseball Stars 2, Double Dragon, Sengoku 1 & 2 all for 200 Euro. A guy in my college had put an add up so I decided to buy it.

I thought this was a very good deal as some Neo-Geo games are hard to find, even though I not really a fan of Neo-Geo, I much prefer PS2. I think I'll be selling this in the near future, hopefully for a profit.

Shock Troopers US AES conversion, made by !Arcade! :

The guy who sold this had problems running the game in his AES, so he had opened the cart to check and clean the PCBs, then he had put the pieces back together => it would not run at all after this.

So he sold it as non-working on ebay, where I bought it for 30 euros (~35USD).

When it arrived at my house, I tested it, and it actually did not work, as advertised.

I opened it later that day, to find out that the seller had put one of the PCBs back on the wrong side.

I've flipped the PCB, and the game has worked flawlessly ever since :loco:

I have no clue why the seller had had problems in the first place.

FREE Dedicated MVS 6 Slot cab with 9 games.

It used to belong to a friend of mine. A few months back he decided to he wanted to sell off his entire video game collection and he wanted me to take care of the sale for him (he's be out of the country for almost 2 years now). In payment for doing this he gave me the cab, the games and let me have my pick from his collection before it was put up for sale.

Not too bad, 'eh?

Bought from Neolord a few years back. Still gets use to this day.

It's probably my MS3 first run JP for $190 shipped, I'd say it's near mint and you've all seen the price of these babies lately, its going up and away. ^^

Another nice deal was Metal Slug X, JP, which I got for $370 shipped from the US to Sweden with Fedex. :)

My friends suck :mad_2:.

Anyways, my best deal so far is 2 new copies of Sam Sho 2 for 35$ each. Not too bad, but nothing to write home about either. Meh.

Thrash Rally and Samurai Spirits for $5 each.

[edit: on second thought, Thrash Rally might have been $8... I can't remember. SS was definitely $5 though. I bought my AES for $90 which is also pretty cheap I think]

I have had MANY great finds down here in Australia but the one I made 2 days ago TOPS THEM ALL.

I just traded a guy down here in Australia a BRAND NEW US Dreamcast system...for his METAL SLUG US in near mint/mint condition!

He bought it 6 years ago and it has been sitting boxed up in his cupboard for 5 years. The funny thing is he almost wouldn't trade me because he thought HE was getting to much.

...if only he had known:D

I don`t know if the guy priced the stuff wrong but in Takamatsu, I saw 3 Neo AES games behind the counter at a gamestore. I asked to see them and they had no prices. He proceeded to price them in front of me: KOF 97 6990yen(meh), Samurai Spirits 3 480yen(huh?), RBFF 680yen(huuuuh?). I jumped on the last two like no tomorrow! I couldn`t believe it myself! THe games are in excellent conditin -baggies.
