Has anyone go the KOF2003 Mook yet?

Considering getting the Arcadia KOF03 mook, mostly for the DVD.

Has anyone got it yet? What's it contain and is it worth getting for non-japanese readers?

Any idea what's on the DVD and the quality of it?

I'll check for more info during my lunchbreak, but the initial announcements of the DVD content can be found in the first and last posts of the first page of this thread.

I have to imagine that the DVD will be Region-2, in which case it won't work in a Region-1 U.S. DVD player. If you have a U.S. PS2, get the latest version of GameShark 2 -- it's got a menu option that'll allow you to change your DVD playback to anything from R-1 to R-6.

EDIT: Haven't watched the DVD yet (just leaving work now), but the text on the printed side of the disc does indicate that it is Region-2.
