Smoke grey kof '98 mvs question

First I have to apologize that I do not have pictures for this or any carts I have in question at the moment but I recently got a smoke grey kof 98 with a holo english label. The thing about the cart is that it has toshiba chips that match in code number, but has eproms for s1, m1, p1, and sp2. It looks like a repair as one of the chips seems to have a small white wire in the back and one of the pcs of the chip is soldered strangely on the front. Whenever I see my father I will ask for his digital camera, but does anyone have a kof 98 with eproms like this? I did a search but came up with no answers.

Ps also the date code on the top of the toshiba chips are 99?

One more thing...no k for korean or vic a on the cart.
