chill out my friend!! Mistakes happen. Russ is a very busy man and its easy to sometimes make a mistake when you got loads of games to post out. Of course its annoying but hey, could be worse. FInally, Russ is a good guy and I've no doubt he'll sort it for you. Hope this helps ;)

Agreed!!!!

GamesByRuss/Shiftyfink is a class act. I have dealt with him a couple of times and he is an excellent seller. I have no doubt that this problem will be straightened out immediately.
