A warning list for the neo community. This will list people's and company's that ripped off or sold bootleg to the neo community.reason for this list is that I look on the community and hear story's of bad deals and bootlegs. So why not make a list to protect the neo community both the newbie and old timer's from these bad people's and company's.List them all in one spot to protect the community.Hope that shawn or neo lord read this and email me back and thinks this one over, for the good of the neo community.

p.s Like krauser says(I pissed on your grave sleep well) to all you thiefs, bootleggers and bad companys aka buyrite out there. :smirk:

Not a bad Idea..they should go into in depth profiles and other aliases they go by, common character traits, etc...so they don't pull a fast one on you with a second account....

I like this idea...a list or sticky thread would be much better than having newcomers or people out of the loop trying to search for all the pertinent grumblings abuot a particualr person/company...

Um... Please change your avatar.

[EDIT] I tweaked it to be something similar. I can't blame your taste, but it gets confusing when more than one person has an established av.

We should definitely have a sticky which lists the names of possible scammers. I don't understand why this hasn't happened yet.

There's no need to openly condemn them, as that may lead to legal troubles, etc.

However, listing the names of these guys along with links to threads that describe their actions would be very helpful, particularly for nubs.

Just curious why people are voting no. That is assuming of course that you're not a scammer, or bootlegger.

I agree. You usually can't go two weeks without hearing about someone who ripped someone off via bootleg, or not giving them what they bought, etc. That Japhael Sticky was a good start, they should build off of that.

I say yes to the list. We need to be able to trust each other and protect each other from scammers. Its the only way we can keep the hobby going and growing.

I've suggested this many times, and tried to keep an old thread bumped in the old selling forum. No one seems to want to make it actually happen.

LOL. I actually voted no but it was an accident (I meant to unclick it and click yes (dunno why I wanted no in the first place) but instead I voted for both).

Go for this!

The better we can protect ourselves when buying the better. This has to happen to many scammers running around.

sadly there are several scammers out there..and not just when it comes to video games. I've seen threads like this come up in suggestions for a while now. It makes me wonder if the idea is going to be put to use..although, it probably will eventually.

I voted no just cause I could vote for two options. Thinking this was incredibly stupid I decided to make my vote worthless and vote both for and against the topic at hand. In the future a single choice is probably better for assholes such as myself,
