Need help on a few things

Hey guys i need help on desiding a few things.

1. I only want one shooting game for my AES; Blazing star, Strikers 1945, Pulstar; which is the best you guys can recommend, again im not a shooter fan so i only need one.

2.Samurai shodown 4 has both JAP and Korean versions, whats the difference?

3.Ive played all the KOF's and the ones im getting is KOF 98 and KOF 03 i havnt played KOF 02 is 02 like 98 but newer? sould i get KOF02?

4.Im not getting Samurai shodown 5 because the game as a whole is just blah, will special have any thing to change my mind?

5. Last blade goes for 150$ and LB2 goes for 250$ sould i spend 100 dollers more and get LB2, i only need one LB so is LB better than LB2?

6. I only need one Real bout game, which is the best?

7. Sengoku 2 or Sengoku 3, which is better?

8. Metal Slug X or Metal slug 2?

Doubtful. I think it will be pretty much the same with a few tweaks here and there. But its probably worth keeping an eye on based on Iggy's impressions that beezle posted in news/rumors. SS1 & SS2 is where the magic resides in the series. If you have those 2 games then you really dont need any of the others gameplay wise.

I wasnt thrilled about S2 when I bought it back when it was released, but based on the reviews I'd say S2 is better than S3.
I've been tempted to give S2 another try...Personally I'd choose S2 over S3, although if the neostore has S3 for $119 again ya might want to grab it.

None of the above. Grab Viewpoint. Its one of the best games on the Neo and one of my all time favorite shooters. I didnt find Blazing star to be very impressive. Pulstar might be worth a shot if you like R-type games.

I've only played MS1-2-3....but I think I found ms2 to be the funnest...it was either that or ms1...msX is on my list of games to get (along with ms2) either game would prob be lots of fun...I'm a big help arent I?

Note this is just my OPINION:

1. Blazing Star if you prefer faster paced shooters (ala Thunderforce), Pulstar if you prefer slightly more strategic (I use the term loosely) styled shooters like Gradius and R-Type. I don't like Strikers at all and I prefer Blazing Star over Pulstar if only for its insane eyecandy.

2. Don't know.

3. To me 02 and 98 play very differently, with the advantage handily going to 98. Everything in 02 to me seems recycled and unpolished, whereas 98 is plainly more well-rounded. Better music too. Just to throw my two cents in, I like 2001 the best for the inclusion of Heidern.

4. Again I don't know, sorry.

5. I've played LB2 more than LB1, and for that I prefer 2, but most people seem to take LB1 over it for some reason, I wish I could elaborate more. I think people regard LB1 as being more balanced than 2, but again I haven't really put much time into it. They're both very fine games though.

6. I'd recommend Real Bout 2 or Real Bout Special, both are equally impressive and fun to play in my book. I think most people are split on this decision. Which ever one you buy first, it'd probably be a good move to eventually get the other one later.

7. Sengoku 2. Until recently I didn't understand what people meant when they said Sengoku 3 isn't a "Sengoku" game. It isn't, but it looks nice. Sengoku 2 has the others in the series beat though in every aspect other than graphics.

8. I'd PROBABLY take MSX over MS2 at first, but again, both are excellent if you're a fan of the Metal Slug series. I just like the flow of X more than 2.

playing and owning. If you're looking for S&M difficulty then
go with something like LAST RESORT or PULSTAR, but if you
want to enjoy a game, as well as be blown away by the
SFX on a 16-Bit powerhouse then "Blazing Star" is the way

definately get pulstar for the aes...much better all around...

get the jap version of sam spirits 4, i never heard of korean

I feel and hear from a lot of poeple that kof 98 is the best...

I would get the sam showdown 5 because spoecial may not release

If you don't mind me asking, why just one. Why not which one first sort of questions. Alot of the games your asking about are really hard to choose between. So if they are that good why do you only need one? (i.e. "I only need one Real Bout")
