Guys,

I've no doubt that this has been discussed to death before, so apologies from the outset.

However, I need some help.

'm looking to purchase a Super Neo 29" from Japan, and have it shipped to the UK. Obviously you only get the bare bones of the cab, and you are expected to install your own 4 or 6 slot board and mother board.

The question is: how difficult is this to achieve for a non-electrically minded person?

Can anyone provide a step-by-step guide (in brief) to highlight the key processes? This would allow me to decide if I have sufficient know-how to undertake this project.

I already have an Electrocoin Neo 6-slot which I'd be looking to gut in order to get the Candy up and running.

How easy is it (and what kind of step-down is required?)

Thanks in advance,

Sorry this does not answer your question. But -

If you are interested in buying a Japanese cabinet (Sega Astro City / New Astro City) within the United Kingdom - then have a butchers at this thread (page 5 and 6) involving Vektorlogic importing a container full.

We need at least twelve confirmations for the order to be placed.
