a few questions about atomiswave and building a 1 or 2 slot consolized system?

Is the new atomiswave an arcade system that must go in a cabinet or is it a system that hooks up to your t.v.? Also, can anyone help me build a consolized mvs one slot or two slot and give me the steps and parts and tools needed? I want to get into the mvs big time and i need help...someone please help...I will need a step by step instructions! Feel free to pm me!
