Back rent.

My ex-landlord screwed me out of all of the shit in my apartment, and then is trying to get a judgement against me for back rent, and I am not being reimbursed for my shit, so the 1700 is just to pay off the judgement and take care of their shit.

Just for future reference - you may not want to advertise that you have a pending lawsuit against you in your sales thread. Sometimes that can erode buyer confidence, regardless of whether the case against you is bogus or not.
