SvC Chaos sound Issue?

Hi people I just got a new Jap SvC Chaos and when I'm playing it makes a crackling sound randomly in the sound effects.Its noticable especially with Mr Karates hundred hand slap move.Is my copy bad or is this normal? Is this happening with your copies also? Thanks for your time.

I had this same problem with my English AES homecart. When I asked Shawn about it he said that about 1 in every 80 carts he got has that problem (guess I'm just "lucky").

If you got it from him I'd just let him know and ask him to swap it with a working one. Once I got my replacement cart everything was smooth sailing.
