RGB -> NTSC Composite

Is there any cheap and easy way to turn a PAL RGB or composte signla into an NTSC composite signal?

I have a PAL output that I need to get in NTSC TV that only has composite inputs. I can live with it in black and white if it's really tricky, but if there is an easy way then I'll probably do it.

My guess is that there isn't.

If you have a Euro TV with SCART RGB out, the best option would be to use an encoder with pal/ntsc output. Like a jrok or build your own.
