Possible VGA solution

I was at a local game store and I saw this Pelican VGA box. Right now I'm running my AES through a mediocre tv w/composite cables and I hate the way it looks. I'd like to hook my Neo up to my PC monitor, and I was wondering if using this VGA box will make a difference. When I first hooked up my Dreamcast using the VGA cable I was blown away. Any info is appreciated.

DC outputs a clean, real vga signal. those boxes just convert the AV or s-video signal to VGA, but the quality remains AV/s-video.. you can't squeeze a better quality out of a bad signal.
