GUILTY GEAR X VER 1.5 Manual ?

Hi ! Does anyone know where can i find the Player Instruction or Manual for GUILTY GEAR X VER 1.5 on the web? I try searching on Google and Yahoo but i was unable to find it? I would like to know if this game use 4 or 5 buttons to play? Thanks alot!!!

atomiswave is 5 buttons, on 4 on pin 25 like neo, and b5 is on 26.

and guilty gear x is 5 buttons as far as I know (slash, hishslash, kick, hkick, respect)

It's 4 buttons only.

Most likely, the first 5 button game will be Guilty Gear Isuka.

Thanks for all the info. I just picked up the game today, it's 4 button. I'm using the Super Nova but there is no service and test button so I couldn't configure the punch, kick, S, HS buttons. Does anyone know what can be done about this? Also where can i find the Player Instruction or Manual for GUILTY GEAR X VER 1.5 ? Thanks alot!!!!!

I didn't need the service and test buttons to configure the AW, I can use DOWN to navigate and button 1 to select.

I can do this when I'm playing Demolish Fist, but it does not work on Guilty Gear. They are all same, they both use the service and test buttons to configure the games?

Use a piece of wire on the edge connector to hit test and service? Presuming atomiswave is jamma, just touch pins 1 and 15 on the parts side for test, pins 1 and 14 on the solder side for service...

The problem is i don't know where can i buy the 2 pieces edge connector to wire the test and service buttons. And is it so hard to wire to my super nova. But anyway Thanks alot!!!

I find strange the down and button 1 work for me for configuring with Demolish Fist, but not on Guilty Gear X....

You didn't understand what spectre said... You just need a regular piece of wire, with both ends peeled, and make contact with it between some pins of the JAMMA harness of the board.

To press "test", you make one end of the wire touch any of the pins that are in the extremes of the JAMMA harness, and at the same time make the other end touch pin 15. For "service" is the same with pin 14 on solder side.

Here you go JetFire;

With the game plugged in and running, use a piece of wire to make a connection between pins 1 and 15 (counting from the left, including the gap which is another pin) to hit test;


Do the same thing on the other side between pins 1 and 14 (counting from the right this time) to hit service;


Et voila. To add those buttons permanently it's just a matter of hooking up a button which connects to the correct pins on the harness on your supergun... you could just buy some small momentary contact buttons to do this and then lash them to the jamma harness with some cable ties for a quick fix...

Edit: To be honest its a bit dissapointing (and surprising) the Atomiswave doesn't have test and service buttons on it's rear panel like the Naomi...
