Alrighty, this guy has become nothing more than a trophy item for me, so I'm going to clear it out. The game is complete (including strip), and is in nice shape. The disc is clean on the label side, and with the exception of a few faint marks, is also very clean on the back. The game plays fine, as well. The manual is in good shape but has some very slight wrinkling on the outer pages. The only part that's not nice is the case - it's got a fair amount of scuffing all over it, though it doesn't look bad and can be replaced if not to your liking.
