ebgames.com has it listed for 9-28-04 and I read somewhere that it's supposed to have Live support.

All the reports I've read said it would be released in the US on the XBOX and Live support will definately be added. As soon as it hits we can get together and test the SVC skills of XBOX neogeo.com members. I'm pumped to say the least. :multi_co:

Man, I may actually have to break down and buy one of these...things. Do they even make a stick for it? I'm doubting it. All the same, though, I'd love to have some decent competition on SVC. I put a flyer up at the mall, and someone took a phone # tab off of it, but I never heard anything of it. I was quite disappointed.

Yeah, I'll probably grab this one. The arcade cab of SVCC didn't really get me excited enough to buy the NGH cart, but it's definitely cool enough to warrant an xbox port purchase.

I got dibs on infinites.

This game is the most unbalanced POS ever produced on neo.
I laugh when I see that chars like Goenitz and O Iori are playable. I mean, even in 97 Orochi Iori couldnt high jump, hes just a nightmare because he can.

I had like 14 in a row the first time I played and quickly realized terry's recovery is retarded. I mirrored this bs with Dhalsim.

Be aware you guys, this game has the most unbalanced cast.
Chars like Violent Ken or O Iori or unstoppable in the right hands.

A scrubs fantasy.

otherwise i wouldnt love 98 so much

but overpowered is good,broken is a different story

that aside,
i truly believe chaos is such a horrible fighting game

the bgs,the hits detection...list goes on and on

2002 is so much better than chaos

and i dont like 2002 much

The bg's remind me of the holocost.
The music sounds like a funeral.
I hate the way alot of my shit would whiff right through. Sagat for example. I refuse to use sub bosses in SVC. Its a scrubs game.

I dont like 2002's bc cancel crap. I mean, any idiot can spam kyo and iori's cancels in svc/2002. I guess its more skilled with other chars.
I still think the best playmore era was KOF 2001. I mean, its unbalanced, but fun as hell, and the taps you can do kick ass.
Takuma, Beni, Iori were never better.

Err, except 2003 beni who repeats that fucking qcf b chain endlessly. Which it comes out so fast, few people can find ways around that crap. This is the only thing I hate about 2003, its also broken in the sense that stuff that happens shouldnt. I mean how fucked is it when you can repeat the same shit over and over and guard crush? AB cancel rolls are worthless against some chars to. Namely roberts cornering sD, fwd+a hcb B repeated.
You dont know how LA players are man. They abuse the dumbest infinites. I have to learn most infs to know how to war against this shit.

And man, competitively, I dont give a rats ass about 2003. I've seen so much bs. I dont need to see another invincible tizoc.
2003 is the only game in the series I cant enjoy playing against others. Ash is as broken as any SVC character.
I'm real bitter with 2003.
I do like certain things. My best char is billy, love his juggle into team swaps. Namely Kyo. As far as im concerned, the speed up alone is a mess. Its not a bad change really, but the fact some characters have even faster moves in a already faster flow really screws it.

Last really good kof was 2001. Few people agree with my view. I will buy kof 2003 and play the hell out of it though.

2003 is a good game for a first try

give some love to that improved svc engine

took em 3 years to make 98 after all

i like duolon,i like the new beni a lot,and griffon...and yama !

i like the art,the bgs,the bosses,the tag option

i hear people complaining about duolon,grapplers,daimon,malin etc etc etc

people in japan had no problems fighting against those...

so...

watch out for hinako and jhun though :shame:

I love the art in 2003. Its good enough for me to have framed the poster up.
I love Jhun in 2003. Reversing projectiles is the most godly addition to him. They really worked him nicely.

Mary's also cheap as well.

Why SvC, as said before, that game is shit.

Kof2003 would have been a better choice, I would love to play that on live. Not saying that is the best choice, but it would at least be realistic.
