Good deal?

Hello everyone.

Yesterday I made my dream come true and bought an MVS cabinet. It's my first venture into NEO.

But I'd like your help. Did I make a good deal on it?

The deal included:

-an SNK NEO-GEO 6-slot MVS cabinet with 20" screen, with operating manual & 5 games

-Metal Slug (+mini marquee, non-serial-matching box)
-Metal Slug 2 (+full kit, but non-serial-matching box)
-King of Fighters '95 (+non-serial-matching box)
-Neo Turf Masters (loose cart)
-Puzzle Bobble 2 (aka Bust a Move Again. This was totally new, with complete kit of papers etc. and matching serials on box)

Also, I had a free home delivery.

For these I payed 750 $. Anyone care to comment?

Yep,

That is damn good deal if you ask me! I paid that much just for my Super Neo 29 Candy cab + Shipping to me. It didn't come with any games or mother board. Rest assured that you made a good choice and welcome to the Neo Geo scene. :cool:

Seeing as how I got a 2-Slot with 20" screen with the games AOF and Neo Turf Masters for $600 even steven, and you got a 6-Slot with 4 extra games I didnt get, I'd say for the price you made out like a bandit bro. CHEERS FOR ANOTHER MVS OWNER!

A Bobble 2 complete kit and a 6 slot..
Those 6 slot mobos are very durable too!!

I'd state that you peeked already..better leave this hobby now while you're still ON TOP:eye: :eye:

Holy Shite...nize deal! Welcome to the StandUp Community. Definitely a good deal considering your location and the lack of available Cabs. I don't know if anyone mentioned this before but WE NEED PIX:buttrock:

Sorry, I don't own a digital camera, so I can't show the cab to you. It's in pretty good condition; a few scuffs here and there, but the screen cover is scratch free.

Yeah, I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. The guy who I bought it from (who sells cabs and jukeboxes and pooltables for a living) didn't quite seem to grasp the prices of the games. For example, he had the same price (about 125$) for a loose Puzzle Bobble cartridge and a mint, brand new complete kit of Puzzle Bobble 2. Hmmm... which one to choose...?

Maybe I should try to buy more complete kits from him... Then I could offer them to you people here.

But now I seriously need to get back to playing. See ya!
